ooooh. although i figured that was pretty obvious what with the movie featuring the titular winter soldier….

Unfortunately the majority of the MCU/E-199999 fandom is… dense. 

Pretty much the most accurate reaction image ever. I’m still cranky at them (fandom) for wanting to shoehorn both favourite character+actor into the movie just for a romance with Natasha. A romance that’d make no sense given their working chemistry which is basically assassin bros. Given it’s a movie about Winter Soldier which = Soviets = Natasha…

This is one of those times where I really do wish that if they didn’t at least pick up a comic to check some continuity or get an idea of what might be going down, that they’d take a look at a fucking wiki article.
